Within 30 days after purchase, any undesired items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition in their original packing. After receiving, inspecting, and approving the goods, we will either provide a refund or credit note for the full amount of the purchase, less the $5 restocking charge per item. Rattle Energy has the right to refuse any refunds that are sought beyond the 30-day window. Sadly, coffee beans cannot be returned or refunded.
